Easton Library to Host Milk & Cookies…and Chapter Books!
At 1:30 p.m. every Thursday, from January 23 through and including February 27, the Easton branch of the Talbot County Free Library will host a chapter book read aloud with milk and cookies for children 6 and older. All library programs are free and open to the public. Patrons do not need to pre-register to participate in this program. Get Caught Reading Reception
Thursday, January 23 at 5:30 p.m.
Please join us for the reception for the “Get Caught Reading” contest. You’ll get to see the wonderful, imaginative entries from the competition, enjoy light refreshments, and have a chance to win door prizes. The grand prize of a $50.00 gift card will also be awarded to someone who entered the contest. You must attend the reception to win. The contest is sponsored by the Friends of the Library and the Talbot County Free Library Foundation. All library programs are free and open to the public. MY Tech Clinic-Free hands-on-help-Just in Time!
Saturday, January 25 at 2:00 p.m.
MY Tech Clinic are two tech enthusiasts who want to give back to the community. They will provide free help with technology ranging from (but not limited to) laptops, cell phones, setting up accounts, and Microsoft Office. The will be providing monthly clinics at the Easton library, as well as other libraries and facilities. Individuals can come in with their devices and ask questions which pertain to technology or involves using technology. All library programs are free and open to the public.
