WHCP Presents Josh Christina

May 16, 2023 by Spy Desk

WHCP is excited to announce Baltimore-based Josh Christina and his band live in Cambridge at the 447 Venue. This show will be fun for all ages and we encourage you to invite your friends!

Josh Christina is an infectious blend of piano driven, high-octane boogie-woogie and rock ’n’ roll. Think of a mix between Jerry Lee Lewis, Elvis Presley, and Elton John and you’ve got Josh Christina. If you’re a fan of piano driven rock ‘n’ roll, Josh will restore your confidence in the ability of young musicians to carry on the great tradition of the rock pioneers. He writes his own music, refurbishes the classics, and plays a mean piano. He’s also known for creating legendary live performances with his band, and Josh is one of the few musicians that can say he’s been approved by his heroes’ peers.

Josh made his television debut on Ireland’s Late Late Show, recorded an album with Grammy award winner Jon Carroll, has worked with Daryl Davis, and has toured all over the world. He is originally from Maryland and is coming to downtown Cambridge just for us!

This concert will take place May 25th at 447 Race St. Cambridge at 7 pm and tickets are $40/each and available www.whcp.org.

For more information and interviews with Josh contact Amanda Tilghman at [email protected] or 410-463-2041.
