The agenda item that caught the Spy’s eye in reviewing the meeting of the Talbot County Council from last Tuesday night was the interim status report on the 2015 TMDL (total maximum daily load) or watershed implementation plan for Talbot. In other words, what is Talbot County doing locally for the next two years to reduce nitrogen, phosphorus and sediment.
County planner Martin Sokolich and Sanitary District Engineer and Bill Wolinski gave the status report.
